Delete your account

In the app: Wildberry → Settings → Delete account. Settings opens from the ⋮ menu in the album header.

Deleting your account removes your sign-in data, name, email address, devices, memberships and all of your comments. Photos and videos you uploaded stay in the albums, shown as uploaded by "Former member", unless an album owner removes them. Albums in which you are the only member are deleted with your account. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

If you are the only owner of an album that other people still use, first make someone else an owner (album → Members → Make owner) or delete that album.

Delete your account without the app

If you can no longer use the app, email hello@codebakery.net from the email address of the Google account you signed in with and ask for your account to be deleted. We will answer within a reasonable time and may ask you to confirm the request.

Save your photos and videos

Album owners and members with download permission can save all original photos and videos of an album to their phone: open the album, tap Members, then Save all originals. Saving can be paused and resumed.

Report content or abuse

To report content or behaviour in an album, first contact the album's owners; they can remove photos, videos and members. If that is not possible, or for anything unlawful, email hello@codebakery.net.
